Stories that hurt
I’ve just finished a story called DISCOVERING GHOSTS, which was the most difficult story I’ve ever written. Took me a long time, and took a lot out of me. You know the saying, sometimes you write a story, and sometimes it writes itself. Well this one wrote itself and beat me around the head and heart in the process.

I’ve almost finished the 30 DAYS OF NIGHT novelisation, and it’s been a lot of fun. After that I’m starting two new novels: the first is FALLEN, the next dark fantasy novel for Bantam, and the second is MIND THE GAP which I’m writing with Chris Golden (also for Bantam). Going to be a busy, fun few months … and there’s also other exciting news on the horizon, so please keep watching this space!
