Children of the New Disorder

childrenbigCreeping Hemlock Press have lowered the price of this limited edition novella I wrote with Lindy Moore (pseudonym of a well-known children’s writer).

This is a beautiful, leather-bound book, signed and limited to 450 copies.  It’s wonderfully designed and illustrated, and it’s now a steal at $19.50.  Get some.

“[Children of the New Disorder] is a tight, quick read, but what it lacks in length it makes up for in substance. With just a few broad strokes, Lebbon and Moore do an amazing job of creating a fully formed picture of a society collapsing in on itself… A winner.”

Children of the New Disorder

childrenbigThis new book is out and available to order now through the publisher or HorrorMall.

It’s a novellette for $35.  Let’s get that out of the way first.  I happen to think it’s a pretty damn good novellette.  And the book itself is such a gorgeous object that I think you’d be mad not to spend $35 on it.

The artwork is fantastic, both the dust jacket and interior illustration used as section  breaks.  There’s also some inspiring artwork on the hardcover itself, which is bound in genuine leather.  The end-papers are also beautifully–and grotesquely–designed, and the paper quality is second to none.  In short, it’s one of the most attractive books I’ve ever had published, and a big shout out goes to Creeping Hemlock for producing something this gorgeous.  Just goes to show that sometimes, things are worth waiting for.

I’d love to know what you think of it … please go out and buy it, read it, and let us know.

And no, I can’t tell you who Lindy Moore is.

BOOK NEWS: Children of the New Disorder

chjildrenCHILDREN OF THE NEW DISORDER is shipping now!  This novelette from Creeping Hemlock Press is co-written with Lindy Moore (pseudonym of an award-winning children’s fantasy writer) … and when you read it, you’ll understand why she published under a pseudonym.  It’s rather grim.

You can buy it from the Horror Mall, or direct from the publisher.

Here’s what it’s all about (from the publisher’s website)…

An age ago, the children stopped coming. The priests’ promise of a curative kept the fury and misery at bay, for a time. Then the airships passed over and dropped their antidote. A delighted people drank it up like a mist of ambrosia.

Marooned and hopeless, Chaylie and her family escaped the horrors that followed, only to return to a land plagued by the tragic and the bizarre.

They appear in the night. Deformed. Mewling. Inhuman. And it’s Chaylie’s job to destroy them in great and blistering heaps. But the living nightmares can only be thrust aside, never defeated. And what if one of them were to survive?

Creeping Hemlock Press is pleased to present this second installment in the promising new series of novellas exploring realms of apocalypse. Unto Dust II: Children of the New Disorder is a chilling vision, a frightening fever dream from the minds of Tim Lebbon and Lindy Moore. Paired with the refreshing voice of a newcomer, Lebbon’s lauded prose has become unexpectedly daring in this spellbinding tale of the horrors both around and within us.

Give it a try!  And if you like it, pass the word.

Have a great weekend…
