I'd like to tell anyone who is considering reading this excellent novella, to please do. It reads like a magnificent, dark dream that will take you into the strange and wonderful world of Arthur Machen.

Arthur Machen fans will obviously love this, but also will readers new to him. Sometimes a collaboration between two giant writers like this doesn't always work out, but in this case it went far beyond just being well written.

A slim little book that leaves you feeling like you've just read a 600- page epic novel. Novellas don't get any better than this!

Kudos to Tim and Simon for creating this awesome story that needed to be told.
