Chris W…I Just ordered from Borders online and you can decide to ship to your house or to a store. Hope this helps. As for the book I have waited for this for a long time now, and not too much more to wait. Know it will be worth it as usual.

No book stores anywhere near me can get this book. Not Borders or Barnes and Noble. In fact, Barnes and Noble says it was discontinued last summer. Is this not out in U.S.?

Looking forward to Bar None – just finished Mind the Gap – very, very good. The cover doesn’t do it justice.
